Carly Williams
Founder and Managing Partner of Grove Capital Ventures, Carly Williams has spent more than 18 years helping alternative investment managers raise institutional capital across hedge funds, private credit, structured finance, and real estate strategies. Before founding Grove Capital, she began her career at Goldman Sachs before leading institutional fundraising at Pine River Capital and Kawa Capital, where she helped raise more than $2.2 billion across hedge funds, private credit, structured finance, and alternative asset strategies. Based in Miami, she has built long-standing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, endowments, and consultants, combining technical expertise with disciplined execution and thoughtful client service.

Devon Stoloff
Devon Stoloff leads Grove Real Estate, advising commercial real estate investment managers on institutional capital formation, strategic positioning, and investor engagement. Prior to joining Grove, he served as Principal and Head of Equity Placement at Aries Capital and held institutional real estate roles at Sterling Organization, Foundry Commercial, and RBC Capital Markets. His experience spans capital formation, underwriting, and sponsor advisory across private real estate funds and direct investments. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
